Pressure Washing

Concrete and pavers hold onto grime longer than glass does.

Driveways, patios, pool decks, and walkways take a beating from red dirt, algae, and mineral staining. We blast it back to looking new.

What's included

Pressure washing covers the hard outdoor surfaces around your property — anywhere dirt, grime, or algae has built up enough that a hose alone won't touch it.

  • Driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, pavers, and concrete — commonly requested surfaces, but we'll quote whatever hard exterior surface you need cleaned.
  • Pressure and technique matched to the surface — pavers, stamped concrete, and painted or sealed surfaces all need a different approach than a plain driveway slab, so we don't run one setting on everything.
  • Rust, algae, and mineral-stain treatment where a straight water blast isn't enough on its own.

Why it matters here

Red rock dust settles into concrete pores and paver joints and gets ground in by foot traffic, while sprinkler overspray leaves the same hard-water mineral staining you'd see on a window — just on a horizontal surface where it's harder to ignore.

Shaded, damp spots — under patio covers, around pool decks, north-facing walkways — are the most common places we see algae and moss starting to take hold.

Signs to look for

How to tell it's time

Dark or greenish patches

Algae or moss taking hold in shaded or consistently damp areas.

Rust-colored staining

Streaks from sprinklers, patio furniture, or metal fixtures sitting on the surface.

Gray, dingy concrete

Once-light concrete that's darkened evenly over time from dust and grime.

Slippery when wet

A film or buildup that makes a surface noticeably slicker than clean concrete or pavers should be.
