How much does window cleaning cost?
Pricing is per pane: residential window cleaning starts at $4-5 per pane (one side), and commercial window cleaning starts at $8-10 per pane (one side). Exact pricing depends on window count, accessibility, and condition. See our full pricing page for a detailed breakdown, or call for a free quote.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
Most homes in our area look their best with quarterly cleaning. If you're near a construction site, a dirt road, or dealing with heavy hard water buildup, monthly service keeps things spotless year-round. Not sure what's right for your home? We're happy to recommend a schedule when we come out for your first visit.
Do you offer recurring maintenance plans?
Yes — we offer Monthly, Quarterly, and Bi-Annual maintenance plans, plus custom plans for larger properties. Recurring plan customers save on every visit and get extra perks depending on the plan. See our maintenance plans page for details.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule or cancel with at least 72 hours' notice at no charge, up to two times per calendar year. A third reschedule in the same year, or any cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice, is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. If we arrive and you're unavailable or refuse service, the full price of the scheduled service applies.
Can I cancel a recurring maintenance plan?
You can cancel a recurring Maintenance Plan at any time with 30 days' written notice (email is fine) — no cancellation penalty either way.
Why do my windows get hard water spots or dust film so quickly here?
Southern Utah's water is naturally mineral-rich, so hard water spots build up fast on glass, especially near sprinklers. Combine that with the region's red rock dust and windy days, and windows here get dirty faster than in most parts of the country — which is exactly why so many of our clients switch to a recurring plan instead of one-off cleanings.
Do you clean both the inside and outside of windows?
Yes — we clean both interior and exterior glass. Let us know what you'd like included when you request your quote, since some customers, especially on recurring plans, choose exterior-only service.
