How much does window cleaning cost?

Do you offer recurring maintenance plans?

What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule or cancel with at least 72 hours' notice at no charge, up to two times per calendar year. A third reschedule in the same year, or any cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice, is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. If we arrive and you're unavailable or refuse service, the full price of the scheduled service applies.
Can I cancel a recurring maintenance plan?
You can cancel a recurring Maintenance Plan at any time with 30 days' written notice (email is fine) — no cancellation penalty either way.
Why do my windows get hard water spots or dust film so quickly here?
Southern Utah's water is naturally mineral-rich, so hard water spots build up fast on glass, especially near sprinklers. Combine that with the region's red rock dust and windy days, and windows here get dirty faster than in most parts of the country — which is exactly why so many of our clients switch to a recurring plan instead of one-off cleanings.
Do you clean both the inside and outside of windows?
Yes — we clean both interior and exterior glass. Let us know what you'd like included when you request your quote, since some customers, especially on recurring plans, choose exterior-only service.

Yes. LuminaCo Services holds a Washington City, Utah business license and carries commercial general liability insurance through Acuity. Commercial customers can request a certificate of insurance (COI) before we start.

How do I remove hard water stains and sprinkler spots from my windows in Southern Utah?
Regular glass cleaner and a squeegee will not remove hard water stains, because they are mineral buildup bonded to the glass. Getting rid of them takes a treatment made to break down minerals, careful work on stubborn spots, and then a full cleaning. Avoid scraping with razor blades or abrasive pads unless you know what you are doing, since they can scratch the glass. Light spotting often comes off completely. Heavy, long-term buildup can etch into the glass and may only partly improve, and we tell you which one you have before we start. How do I get rid of cloudy hard water film on windows without damaging the glass?
That cloudy film is usually mineral buildup, mostly calcium and lime, not ordinary dirt. The safe way to remove it is a treatment designed to dissolve minerals plus gentle hand work, with no harsh abrasives. If the haze has etched into the glass, it will not fully come out, and it is better to know that before you spend money. Should I clean my windows before selling my house?
Usually, yes. Clean windows make a home look brighter and better cared for in listing photos and at showings, and buyers notice hard water spots and dusty screens. A good time is a few days before photos or your first showing. Exterior glass makes the biggest difference, and the interior, screens, and tracks help too.
